Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ENTRE! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our products and services, including but not limited to the Earn While You Learn packages and products, Life Design Community and Financial Freedom Memberships, 6 Day Challenge, Coaching Circuits, The Live Events including the Life Design Workshop, Entresoft software, and Income Vehicles(collectively referred to as "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Definitions

  • "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to Lifestyle Design International LLC DBA ENTRE The Life Design Company.
  • "User," "You," or "Your" refers to the individual or entity using the Services.
  • "Services" refers to all products and services offered by the Company.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and policies referenced herein.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of Services indicates acceptance of the new Terms.

Description of Services

  • Memberships: Ongoing access to the Life Design community, resources, training, and tools.
  • 6 Day Challenge: Short, high-impact program to achieve specific goals.
  • Earn While You Learn: Combination of systems, personal coaching, and a path to income
  • Coaching: Personalized, scheduled coaching sessions.
  • Live Events: Insight, Impact, Influence the Life Design Workshop and more: Immersive, in-person experiences for personal transformation.

Earn While You Learn (EWYL) Packages

Description

The "Earn While You Learn" (EWYL) Packages are bundled educational, coaching, and affiliate infrastructure offers designed to help Users build a business while progressing through ENTRE's transformational training programs. Each tier—Silver, Gold, and Platinum—includes unique combinations of digital content, coaching, live events, software, and third-party products.

Included Components

Each EWYL Package includes "The System," a comprehensive stack of ENTRE's core offerings:

  • 1-Year ENTRE Financial Freedom Membership (FFM)
  • 1-Year Entresoft subscription
  • 1-Year Life Design coaching access
  • All Access Curriculum Pass
  • All Access Live Trainings Pass
  • 3-Day Live Event ("Insight") Ticket
  • Financial Freedom Advisor support
  • Brand Ambassador Program access
  • BA Training + BA Back Office & Resources
  • Backend Product Positioning (Tier-based access to ENTRE/Enagic sales structure)
  • Enagic Product Bundles (varies by tier – see individual package details)
  • In-House Enagic Servicing Team Support
  • Guaranteed Enagic Placement(s) (1–3, based on tier)

Package Tiers

Platinum – $17,995
Includes Enagic "Quinfecta" (K8, UKON Sigma, Anespa, emGuarde, KangenAir) and 3 guaranteed placements.

Gold – $11,995
Includes Enagic "Trifecta" (JR IV, UKON Sigma, Anespa) and 2 guaranteed placements.

Silver – $6,995
Includes Enagic "Double" (JR IV, UKON DD) and 1 guaranteed placement.

Deposit and Payment Terms

Each EWYL Package requires a 5% non-refundable deposit at the time of commitment, which is applied toward the total cost of the selected package. The remaining balance must be paid in full within forty-five (45) days of the initial deposit date.

Failure to complete full payment within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the deposit and cancellation of any reserved or pending services. ENTRE reserves the right to revoke access to any package components or benefits if payment terms are not met in full.

Package Activation & Expiration

All EWYL packages must be initiated within 90 days of full payment. All included services must be fully utilized within 12 months of program initiation, unless otherwise stated in writing by ENTRE. Extensions may be granted at ENTRE's sole discretion.

Enagic Fulfillment

ENTRE acts as a third-party facilitator in the fulfillment of Enagic product orders included in EWYL packages. Users agree to provide necessary documentation and communication to enable fulfillment. ENTRE makes no guarantees regarding Enagic's processing timelines or eligibility policies and is not liable for delays or modifications outside its control.

Placement Terms

EWYL packages include guaranteed placement(s) within an ENTRE-managed sales structure in partnership with Enagic. ENTRE reserves the right to determine placement timing, structure, and positioning strategy. Placements are only guaranteed if Users remain in compliance with program expectations and complete required onboarding steps in a timely manner.

Insight Ticket Terms

Each EWYL package includes one (1) ticket to the 3-Day Live Event, "Insight".

  • Redemption Window: Must be attended within 2 years of EWYL package purchase.
  • Non-Transferable: May not be used by another person.
  • No Cash Value: Not refundable or redeemable for cash.
  • Eligibility:
    • Must have an active Financial Freedom Membership at time of attendance.
    • Must have graduated from a 90 Day Circuit cohort prior to attendance.

Failure to meet these criteria may result in forfeiture of the ticket.

Attendance

1-on-1 Coaching

  • Missed sessions without 24-hour notice may be forfeited.
  • All coaching must begin within 90 days of purchase.

Program Start Terms

Coaching must start within 3 months of purchase.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access our Services.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate laws or infringe on intellectual property
  • Disrupt the platform or Services

Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.

Life Design Community Agreements

All user content must adhere to our Community Guidelines.

Company Communication

You may cancel SMS at any time by texting "STOP." Msg & data rates may apply. See privacy policy for full details.

Fees and Payment

  • Full payment is required for all Services prior to access.
  • Prices are subject to change without affecting existing purchases.
  • Failed payments will retry 2x before access is suspended.

Geographical Restrictions

Our Services may not be sold or accessed from restricted countries and U.S. states (including Utah). Use of geo-blocking circumvention is prohibited.

Refund Policy, Renewal, and Cancellation

  • Refund Requests
    All refund requests must be submitted via the official ENTRE Refund Request Form within three (3) calendar days of purchase. Requests submitted through other communication channels (e.g., email, phone, chat) will not be considered valid and will not constitute a refund request.
  • Refund Eligibility
    ENTRE will provide a full refund for any product or service if the request is submitted within the three-day refund window and the User has complied with all Terms of Use, Policies, and Community Guidelines.
  • After the three-day period, all payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage or participation status. Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances beyond this period, except as required by law or explicitly stated otherwise in this Agreement.
  • Non-Transferable Services
    Upon refund, all access to the associated product or service will be revoked immediately. Products and services are non-transferable and have no cash value.
  • Chargebacks
    You agree to contact the Company directly to resolve any concerns. Initiating a chargeback does not constitute a valid cancellation or refund request. ENTRE reserves all legal rights to pursue collection of any disputed amounts and may report delinquent accounts to credit bureaus or third-party agencies

Chargebacks: Not valid for cancellations. Company reserves legal recourse.

Subscription & Automatic Renewal

Memberships automatically renew unless canceled. Any cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle and will not affect past charges. If the final payment attempt for a Financial Freedom subscription fails, the membership will automatically be downgraded to a Life Design Community Membership.

Intellectual Property

All content is owned by ENTRE. Reproduction is prohibited without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as-is." ENTRE makes no warranties of success or outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

ENTRE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify ENTRE against any third-party claims related to your use of the Services.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Nevada.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be resolved informally. If unresolved in 120 days, arbitration through AAA (Las Vegas, NV) is required. No class actions permitted.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and ENTRE.
