Terms

These Terms govern your use of designyourlife.com (the “Site”), your participation in the ENTRE community, and your registration for events sold by ENTRE. By using the Site or registering for an ENTRE event, you agree to these Terms and the policies they reference.

ENTRE and Life Design Technologies are partner companies with distinct offerings and responsibilities. These Terms apply only to the Site and offerings sold by ENTRE. Life Design OS memberships and software are provided by Life Design Technologies under separate terms.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to register for an ENTRE Event. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or register for an ENTRE Event.

3. What ENTRE sells

ENTRE currently sells registrations for live or virtual events. It does not sell Life Design OS subscriptions or memberships through these Terms.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. A registration page or written order may identify taxes, processing fees, payment terms, prerequisites, included materials, dates, format, venue, capacity, or other terms specific to an event. Those event-specific terms form part of your agreement with ENTRE. If they conflict with these general Terms, the event-specific terms control for that purchase.

Plus-one pricing is available only when expressly offered. The plus-one must register in connection with the primary participant and meet any stated attendance or qualification requirements.

4. Life Design OS and Core Plus

The ENTRE community experience is included with an active Life Design OS Core Plus or higher membership. Life Design Technologies sells, bills, operates, and supports those memberships and the Life Design OS software. It is a partner company of ENTRE, not the seller of ENTRE's paid event registrations unless a particular order expressly says otherwise.

Life Design OS account access, software use, membership billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the terms and policies provided by Life Design Technologies. Review those terms at LifeDesignOS.ai and learn more about the provider at LifeDesignTechnologies.com.

Except for qualifying Insight access described above, an active Life Design OS membership does not include admission to a paid ENTRE Event unless the applicable membership offer or event registration says so in writing.

5. Offerings provided by other companies

Awakened Heart is sold and supported by Compassion-Based Transformation, Jaqueline Lerner's company. It is not sold by ENTRE, and its registration terms, payment policies, and support policies are provided separately by Compassion-Based Transformation.

Links to or descriptions of third-party or partner-company offerings do not make ENTRE the seller or service provider for those offerings. The terms shown by the identified provider govern your purchase and use.

6. Event payment, cancellation, and refunds

7. Event participation and conduct

You agree to:

• → Follow reasonable safety, venue, and participation instructions.
• → Treat participants, staff, speakers, and venue personnel with respect.
• → Not disrupt an event, harass others, or engage in unlawful conduct.
• → Not record, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit event content without written permission.

ENTRE may remove a participant whose behavior is unsafe, unlawful, or materially disruptive. Removal for a violation of these Terms does not create a right to a refund.

8. Accounts and community access

If you receive account or community credentials, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for activity under your account. Do not share access with another person. Notify support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

9. Intellectual property

The Site and ENTRE Event materials—including text, video, audio, exercises, designs, graphics, trademarks, and training materials—are owned by or licensed to ENTRE and are protected by applicable law. Your purchase provides a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the materials for your own participation. It does not give you the right to copy, publish, teach, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create commercial derivative works from them.

10. Personal responsibility and no guaranteed results

ENTRE provides educational and personal-development experiences. It does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, tax, or financial advice. You remain responsible for your choices, actions, health, and results. Individual outcomes vary, and ENTRE does not guarantee income, business performance, personal transformation, or any other result.

11. Privacy and communications

Use of the Site and ENTRE's handling of personal information are also governed by our Privacy Policy. Transactional communications about your registration may be necessary to deliver the event. Marketing email or text messages are optional where required by law, and you may use the unsubscribe or STOP instructions included in those messages.

12. Third-party services and links

The Site or an event may use or link to services operated by others, including venues, payment processors, travel providers, and partner companies. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. ENTRE is not responsible for a third party's independent acts or omissions.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site, community, event content, and related materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” ENTRE disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ENTRE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or opportunity, arising from the Site, community, or an ENTRE Event. ENTRE's total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid directly to ENTRE for the event giving rise to that claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

15. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ENTRE and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and partner companies from third-party claims arising from your unlawful conduct, your content, your material breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

16. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Nevada law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact ENTRE at support@designyourlife.com and allow 30 days for an informal resolution.

Any dispute not resolved informally will be decided by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable consumer or commercial rules. The arbitration will take place in Clark County, Nevada, remotely, or at another location agreed by the parties. You and ENTRE waive trial by jury and participation in a class or representative action, except to the extent applicable law does not permit that waiver. Either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small-claims court.

17. Changes, severability, and entire agreement

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless the law permits otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, the policies they reference, and any event-specific written terms make up the agreement between you and ENTRE for the Site and the applicable ENTRE Event.
