Welcome to ENTRE. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our products, memberships, events, programs, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By purchasing or using any Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Definitions

"Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"
Life Design Technologies LLC, doing business as ENTRE – The Life Design Company.

"User," "You," or "Your"
Any individual or entity accessing or using the Services.

"Services"
All memberships, programs, events, coaching, tools, software, and related offerings provided by the Company.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any referenced policies.

3. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

4. Description of Services

Membership Tiers

ENTRE offers three primary membership levels:

Life Design Basic
$37/month or $297/year
Entry-level access to Life Design resources and community.

Life Design Network
$67/month or $597/year
Includes expanded tools, training, and community features.

Life Design Plus
$97/month or $897/year
Includes advanced training, tools, and eligibility for certain programs.
Required membership level for Brand Ambassadors seeking training, tools, or commissions.
Membership features may change at any time.

Core Program: The Work

The Work is the core Life Design process.
A structured 13-week personal development program.
Delivered primarily online.
Supported by the official Life Design Workbook.
May include optional in-person or local components through the ENTRE Network.

Live Events

ENTRE hosts transformational live and virtual events, including:
Insight (introductory event)
Impact
The Workshop
Influence
Other special events
Commission Eligibility:
Only active Life Design Plus members are eligible to earn commissions related to events.
Event requirements, pricing, and eligibility may vary.

Entrepreneurship Programs

ENTRE may offer entrepreneurship-focused programs, including:
Legacy Business Incubator
Programs designed to help participants build purpose-driven businesses using modern tools, including AI-assisted systems.
Program structure, pricing, and deliverables may vary.

ENTRE Network

The ENTRE Network is a community-based chapter system.
Brand Ambassadors who complete the required Core 4 events may apply to become chapter hosts.
Chapter hosts may operate local communities under the ENTRE Network brand.
This is a separate, higher-tier business opportunity with subscription and upsell revenue potential.
Approval is required and not guaranteed.
Additional agreements may apply.

Earn While You Learn (EWYL)

EWYL is an optional program combining:
Education
Coaching
Affiliate opportunities
Partner products
EWYL includes ongoing training and a biweekly Q&A call for participants.

Earn While You Learn (EWYL) Packages

Description
The "Earn While You Learn" (EWYL) Packages are bundled educational, coaching, and affiliate infrastructure offers designed to help Users build a business while progressing through ENTRE's transformational training programs. Each tier—Silver, Gold, and Platinum—includes unique combinations of digital content, coaching, live events, software, and third-party products.

Package Tiers

Platinum – $17,995
Includes Enagic "Quinfecta" (K8, UKON Sigma, Anespa, emGuarde, KangenAir) and 3 guaranteed placements.

Gold – $11,995
Includes Enagic "Trifecta" (JR IV, UKON Sigma, Anespa) and 2 guaranteed placements.

Silver – $6,995
Includes Enagic "Double" (JR IV, UKON DD) and 1 guaranteed placement.

Deposit and Payment Terms

Each EWYL Package requires a 5% non-refundable deposit at the time of commitment, which is applied toward the total cost of the selected package. The remaining balance must be paid in full within forty-five (45) days of the initial deposit date.
Failure to complete full payment within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the deposit and cancellation of any reserved or pending services. ENTRE reserves the right to revoke access to any package components or benefits if payment terms are not met in full.

Package Activation & Expiration

All EWYL packages must be initiated within 90 days of full payment. All included services must be fully utilized within 12 months of program initiation, unless otherwise stated in writing by ENTRE. Extensions may be granted at ENTRE's sole discretion.

Enagic Fulfillment

ENTRE acts as a third-party facilitator in the fulfillment of Enagic product orders included in EWYL packages. Users agree to provide necessary documentation and communication to enable fulfillment. ENTRE makes no guarantees regarding Enagic's processing timelines or eligibility policies and is not liable for delays or modifications outside its control.

Placement Terms

EWYL packages include guaranteed placement(s) within an ENTRE-managed sales structure in partnership with Enagic. ENTRE reserves the right to determine placement timing, structure, and positioning strategy. Placements are only guaranteed if Users remain in compliance with program expectations and complete required onboarding steps in a timely manner.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:
Violate any laws
Infringe intellectual property rights
Disrupt the Services or community
Misrepresent products or income opportunities

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
All activity under your account

8. Fees and Payments

Full payment or active subscription is required for access.
Prices may change without affecting existing purchases.
Failed payments may result in suspension or downgrade of access.

9. Subscription Renewal

Memberships automatically renew unless canceled.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
No refunds for prior billing periods.

10. Refund Policy

Three-Day Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within three (3) calendar days of purchase.
Requests must be submitted through the official refund form.

After Three Days

All sales are final.
No refunds will be issued after the refund window unless required by law.

Non-Transferable Services

Refunded services are revoked immediately.
Services have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Chargebacks

You agree to contact the Company first to resolve concerns.
The Company reserves the right to pursue collection on disputed amounts.

11. Event Policies

Unless otherwise stated:
Event tickets are non-transferable.
Tickets have no cash value.
Attendance requirements may apply.
Failure to meet requirements may result in forfeiture of the ticket.

12. Coaching and Program Start

Coaching or programs must begin within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Missed sessions without 24-hour notice may be forfeited.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, systems, and training are owned by ENTRE.
You may not:
Copy
Distribute
Reproduce
Resell
any content without written permission.

14. Geographic Restrictions

Services may not be available in certain countries or states.
Circumventing geographic restrictions is prohibited.

15. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as-is."
We make no guarantees of income, results, or outcomes.

17. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the Services.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any third-party claims arising from your use of the Services.

19. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

21. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be handled informally.
If unresolved within 120 days, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration.
Arbitration will be conducted through the AAA in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Class actions are not permitted.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the full agreement between you and the Company.
