Welcome to ENTRE! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our products and services, including the Masterclass, 6 Day Challenge, 90 Day Circuit, Memberships, Transformational Packages, The Trilogy, Life Design Workshop, and Life Design Masterminds (collectively referred to as “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Definitions

“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to Lifestyle Design International DBA ENTRE The Life Design Company.

“User,” “You,” or “Your” refers to the individual or entity using the Services.

“Services” refers to all products and services offered by the Company, including the Masterclass, 6 Day Challenge, 90 Day Circuit, Memberships, Transformational Packages, The Trilogy, Life Design Workshop, and Life Design Masterminds.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and policies referenced herein.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

Description of Services

Masterclass: A comprehensive educational program designed to provide in-depth knowledge on a specific subject or skill.

6 Day Challenge: A short-term, intensive program aimed at achieving specific goals within a 6-day period.

Coaching Products

Basecamp:  A 30 Day structured coaching program that includes a series of activities or challenges designed to help you reach long-term goals.

90 Day Circuit: A 90 Day A structured coaching program that includes a series of activities or challenges designed to help you reach long-term goals.

Memberships: Ongoing access to various strategies, tools, and resources provided to help users generate income through different means.

The Trilogy, Life Design Workshop, and Life Design Mastermind are immersive, in-person experiences crafted to foster personal transformation through dynamic, face-to-face learning environments.

Attendance

Coaching Product (Basecamp, 90 Day Circuit) Attendance: Purchaser acknowledges that the success of the coaching program depends on regular participation and engagement, and therefore agrees that the coaching program cannot be paused or interrupted for any reason including change in schedule, unless prior approval of the Company. Company will consider the request in good faith and may approve or deny it in its sole discretion. Purchaser further agrees that missed sessions cannot be made up, and that any missed sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled by ENTRE. Coaching Program Start Terms:

1-Month Program Start Terms: Participants who purchase the 1-Month Program must initiate their experience within three months from the date of purchase. Failure to begin the program within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the right to participate, without entitlement to a refund or credit.

90 Day Circuit Program Start Terms: Participants who purchase the standalone 90 Day Circuit Program, or the 90 Day Circuit included as part of a 6-Month Package, must begin their program within three months from the purchase date. Participants who do not start within this period may forfeit their place in the program without a refund or credit.

12-Month Package Program Start Terms:

First 3-Month Program: Participants must start the first 3-Month Program included in the 12-Month Package within three months of the purchase date. Failure to commence the program within this period may result in the loss of the right to participate in this segment of the package, without a refund or credit.

Second 3-Month Program: The second 3-Month Program of the 12-Month Package must be started within one year from the date of purchase. Delayed commencement beyond this one-year limit may lead to forfeiture of participation rights for this program segment without refund or credit.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access and use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

User Conduct

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

• Disrupt or interfere with the security or performance of the Services.

Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Posts and submissions are also subject to our Community Guidelines, which are accessible here.

Fees and Payment

Masterclass, 6 Day Challenge, 90 DayCircuit, The Trilogy, Life Design Workshop, and Life Design Masterminds: The fees for our Masterclass, 6 Day Challenge, 90 Day Circuit, The Trilogy, Life Design Workshop, and Life Design Masterminds are detailed on their respective product pages. Insight tickets must be used within 120 days of purchase. Impact and Influence tickets included in packages must be utilized within 24 months of purchase. Circuits must be started and completed within the designated time frame from the date of purchase. Full payment is required before accessing any of the services.

Memberships: Memberships start upon payment. Pricing and payment terms will vary depending on the specific offering and will be detailed at the point of purchase.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change the pricing of our Services at any time. However, any pricing changes will not affect Services already purchased.

Failed Subscription Payments: Failed payments will be automatically attempted two additional times with a 24 period in between attempts.

Product Access: Will be restricted if the payment has not been successful three days after the payment due date.

Geographical Restrictions

The Site and Programs are restricted from being sold in or accessed from certain geographical areas, including but not necessarily limited to: Afghanistan, China, Croatia, Egypt, Georgia, Greece, India, Indonesia, Israel, Malaysia, Mexico, Pakistan, Philippines, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey and restricted from being sold in Utah, USA. We provide the Site and the Programs for use by persons located in jurisdictions where the Site and Programs may be provided, used and accessed. If you purchase, use or access the Site or Programs from a jurisdiction where the Site and Programs are restricted from being sold, used or accessed, you do so on your own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

Bypassing any ENTRE developed geographical restrictions or geo-blocking through any means is prohibited and considered to be a violation of these Terms. Any exception to geographical restrictions requires express written consent from ENTRE.

Refund Policy, Renewal, and Cancellation

Requests for refund must be received from within the refund period to the ENTRE refund request form. Requests submitted through any other method of communication are not valid and shall not constitute a request for refund.

The Company will refund You for all funds paid towards this product, provided YOU have complied with all other terms of use, policies, and community guidelines

Past the Refund Period, cancellations are at the Company’s sole and absolute discretion and You understand and agree that all payments are final, except as explicitly described in this Agreement, and may not be charged back.

Upon refund, You will no longer have access to the “Service.”.

Masterclass, 6 Day Challenge:  Refunds will only be provided if requested within 7 days of purchase.  Once accessed, no refunds will be given.

Memberships: 3 day right of rescission from purchase or renewal date.  

All other products, including 90 Day Circuit, and The Trilogy, Life Design Workshop, Life Design Mastermind, Transformational Packages, : Refunds will only be provided if requested within 15 Days of purchase or prior to participation if the product/experience is in-person. Refunds after a Transformation or Live Event will not be permitted.

Chargebacks. Following the refund or cancellation period, the Purchaser understands and agrees that all payments are final. Purchaser agrees to contact the Company to attempt to resolve any questions or concerns regarding the Product and understands that a chargeback is not a valid form of requesting cancellation. In the event a chargeback is processed, the Company reserves all rights permissible by law for collection of funds due pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

Subscription and Automatic Renewal

Memberships are purchased as subscriptions. The initial term of each subscription starts at the Effective Date. Subscriptions will be automatically renewed at the end of each subscription term for additional periods equivalent to the initial term. 

Payment in full is due upon enrollment, and recurring subscription fees will be automatically billed to the credit card or via the payment method provided at the time of enrollment. 

Memberships can be canceled at any time.  However, cancellations only apply to future billing cycles, and any fees already paid are non-refundable past the 3 day rescission window.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the intellectual property ofLifestyle Design International DBA ENTRE The Life Design Company or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Services. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lifestyle Design International DBA ENTRE The Life Design Company and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lifestyle Design International DBA ENTRE The Life Design Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Company.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at [email protected] to try to resolve it. We strive to address concerns promptly and fairly. If the issue cannot be resolved within 120 days, it will be settled by binding, confidential arbitration through the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Clark County, Nevada, unless we agree to other arrangements.

Arbitration will be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator, following the AAA’s Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator will have exclusive authority to resolve any disputes related to these Terms, and the arbitration decision will be final and binding, with limited rights to appeal under federal law.

Disputes will only be arbitrated on an individual basis; no class actions or group arbitrations are allowed. Claims must be brought within one year after they arise, including the 120-day informal resolution period.

You agree that by entering into this agreement, you waive the right to a jury trial, and all claims will be resolved through arbitration.

Exceptions: ENTRE reserves the right to pursue claims for payment or intellectual property infringement in court rather than through arbitration.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lifestyle Design International DBA ENTRE The Life Design Company with respect to the use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
