Who we are
Launched in September 2007, Think Feel Know Ltd provides personal and executive coaching to enhance communications. Part of the Shirlaws group, Think Feel Know has proven success in the Corporate sector with clients such as Lego, Sony Entertainment and Deutsche Bank. We are experienced in working with both individuals and groups in the commercial, educational and sports sectors as well as coaching within family, relationship and social environments. Think Feel Know is actively expanding into other markets.
What we do
Think Feel Know is built on easy-to-understand, robust coaching frameworks to enhance communications understanding for clients. It shows clients how they normally respond to information and gives them the ability to actively process that information differently. It provides a new level of understanding for what other people are really saying and gives a framework to choose how to respond to them effectively.
How we do it
Our business model offers considerable benefits to those who are wishing to develop a coaching business within the framework of an already successful global and national team. The company operates on a revenue-sharing basis eliminating the need for large start-up investment.
Think Feel Know is delivered in personal coaching sessions, tailored workshops or a combination of the two. By leveraging the robust intellectual property within the frameworks, Think Feel Know is able to command significantly higher service fees than traditional personal coaching approaches. A typical Think Feel Know workshop is charged out at £6,000 per day of which £3,000 per day (50%) is paid directly to the coach.
What we provide
You will receive a full and comprehensive training programme in coaching skills and techniques along with extensive personal development opportunities. Working within our team structure, you have the support of a mentor and have the opportunity to shadow senior coaches to accelerate your development. Think Feel Know provides full administrative, accounting, IT and back-office infrastructure to support you, keeping your time free to coach.


About you
Who are we looking for?
Think Feel Know is looking for energetic and highly personable people to join our business throughout the United Kingdom. Our coaches’ backgrounds are as varied as our clients businesses. Some have had senior management experience within the corporate sector and are now looking for a change in career. Others have been specialists in a field (such as Education) and are looking for a new challenge to leverage their skills and experiences.

When selecting coaches, Think Feel Know considers the following:
• Fit our “family photo” - We are proud of our culture. Our three core values “open, honest and fair” provide the foundation on which the culture is built. We seek individuals that are aligned with our culture and values.
• A good understanding of the marketplace in which we operate – To secure your success as a coach, you will need to demonstrate knowledge of your chosen sectors and have established relationships to support your activity.
• Have the ability to fund the start-up phase of your coaching business - During your start up phase it may take time to build your client base. You will require enough financial stability to cover your personal expenditures during this period.
• Be able to build a business - In developing a coaching business you will need to demonstrate a broad range of commercial and cultural skills, ranging from staff development to financial management.
• “Clean energy” - We require individuals to focus their energies into the development of a coaching business. You must be willing to work full time with Think Feel Know.
• Have a consistent desire for personal development – Our people are committed to learning and development and are supported with extensive training programmes.
• Be willing to “open up” - A key value in Think Feel Know is openness. Think Feel Know coaches are encouraged to develop completely open relationships both internally and externally. This can only be achieved through a willingness to open up at all levels.
